A dual-targeting ultrasonic nanoconverter, engineered via in situ polymerization to co-deliver a sonosensitizer and a STING agonist, has demonstrated the ability to orchestrate spatiotemporal reactive oxygen species (ROS) regulation. By varying ultrasound power, the system induces immunogenic cell death at the primary tumor site while simultaneously activating immune cells within tumor-draining lymph nodes, offering a coordinated strategy to suppress both local growth and metastatic spread.
